Privacy
Privacy: what this site collects, and why
Very little. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookie on this site. Here is everything it does handle.
The contact form
What you type in the form (your name, email, what you are building, budget, timeline and message) is sent to Azan Akram by email, so he can reply. It is not stored in a database, shared or used for anything else.
The AzanGPT chat
Your questions, and the conversation so far, are sent to an AI model provider to write the answers, both in the terminal and in the project chat. This site does not store them on its server, but please do not share personal or confidential details in the chat. To stop one visitor from using up the service, your IP address is kept in memory for a short time to count messages per minute and per day.
Booking a call
When a project fits and you book a call, the name and email you type, the time you pick and the scope summary AzanGPT wrote go into an event on Azan Akram's Google Calendar. Google Calendar then emails you the invite with the Google Meet link, so Google's own privacy policy applies to the invite. To find free times, the site asks Google only which times are busy, never what is on the calendar.
Your browser
Your browser's local storage keeps one setting: whether you chose the light or the dark theme. The project chat keeps your conversation in the tab's session storage, so it survives a reload; it is gone when you close the tab, and Start over clears it at once.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as request times and addresses, to run and protect the service.
